1. Education only — not financial advice

Everything on this site and API (lessons, feeds, risk flags) is general research for educational purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Meme coins are extremely risky and most lose all value.

2. Data provided as-is, no warranty

Data is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a purpose. Risk flags are automated heuristics from public on-chain data and third-party sources; they can be wrong, stale or "unknown".

3. No liability for losses

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for any bot or automated system that consumes this data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed gains, or direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or API. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the request(s) at issue.

4. Payments

Paid endpoints use the x402 protocol (pay per request in USDC on Solana). Each payment is for a single response, settles on-chain, and is final and non-refundable, including when a flag returns "unknown". Network and facilitator fees are outside our control.

5. Availability

No guarantee of uptime, latency, or continued availability. Endpoints, prices and data fields may change or be discontinued.

6. Acceptable use

No abuse: no attempts to bypass payment, overload or attack the service, scrape in violation of rate limits, resell raw data as your own without permission, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may block clients that abuse the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
